Art and Thankfulness

I've been doing several different art projects off and on through the year. I joined an art group on Facebook and it has been fun, sometimes challenging. I need that!  I am posting some now and plan to post more each day. I'm terrible about posting.  





 I've been out of commission for awhile due to some health issues. A week in the hospital then surgery I'm now feeling much better and am happy to be doing Art again. I had a brush with death while in the hospital and it has certainly changed my outlook on things. I'm grateful to be alive and can appreciate the small stuff. Recovery has been a process. It's hard to not get down when you can't do much for yourself and have to depend on others. I'm thankful for family and unconditional love. Thankful that I'm able to do art again.

I made the dream of Salon ownership happen and I am now a proud grandmother of Loren born July 17, 2011 :-)
